Renewal proposals for recharges with approvals expiring on June 30, 2026, are due by February 23, 2026. All complete proposals submitted by February 23, 2026, for rate implementation in 2026-27 will be approved before July 1, 2026. New recharge activity proposals can be submitted at any time during the year, provided they are submitted at least two months prior to the start date.
- A rolling deadline schedule will be implemented for all departments with multiple recharge activities up for renewal. Rolling deadline schedules for renewal proposal submission will be sent to the departments via email by December 12, 2025.
- Extended approvals will be granted to recharge activities that have approved rates expiring on June 30, 2026, that did not have approval extended last year and have no identified compliance issues in the 2024-25 Annual Monitoring Report.
