Definition
- Agreements for the licensing of copyrighted materials having commercial value such as non- patented software.
- Income derived from license issue fees, license maintenance fees, milestone payments and royalties.
- Disposition and distribution of income subject to campus policies, generally in accordance with the policy governing distribution of patent license income unless an exception is warranted and is approved by the Dean and the Chancellor.
